1st Steps To Building Strength & Success

Do you know what the one common thing with everything that happens in your life is?

YOU!!!

The reason why everything in your life, that is good, is because of you.

The reason why everything in your life, that is not so good, is because of you.

Want to know the great thing about this?

You have the power to change it!

Want to know the not so great thing about this?

Everything that got you to where you are, will not get you to where you want to be.

The only way from here, is to improve by building strength for success.

The only way to improve on something is to measure it.

And the only way to measure something, is to create awareness.

Awareness of:

  • what you do or don't do

  • what you believe or don't believe

  • who you are and who you want to be

  • where you are and where you want to be

  • what success looks like or doesn't look like to you

Just like when your standing up, if you're not balanced you'll fall over.

Life is the same, if the areas of your life are not balanced, life will be a struggle and not run smoothly, until the wheels wear down and fall off. 

 

So lets start with becoming aware of your life currently as it is. Download the 'wheel of life' at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to complete it.

When was the last time you had your favourite thing to drink?

Just like when you fill up a cup of your favourite drink, once its full you cant fill it anymore until you take a drink.

When you take a drink, and you want more, you re-fill it with more of what you like, not something that makes you feel sick, right?

The same goes for your body, mind and spirit. Before you can improve your life, you need to make room by eliminating what isn’t serving you & what’s taking you further away from your goals. And once you eliminate or reduce what isn’t serving you, its time to choose whether you tolerate weakness, or set your boundaries and build for strength and success!
